What is a wet wipe premix?
A premix is a concentrate that is mixed with purified water to make ready wet wipe solution. Each product's mixing ratio is shown on its product card and in the price list; after mixing, the solution is ready to use.
Where should I start to set up a factory?
First define your target product and market, then plan the machines and plant layout. The videos in the "I'm setting up a factory" learning path follow this order; for a business plan and a 2D/3D plant layout, see our Factory Consulting page.
Which machine should I choose?
The pack size you will make decides it: single-wipe, pocket (crossover), extra mini (8–12) and large-format (44–150) lines make different products. The machine series covers each line separately.
How do I calculate my product cost?
Our WipeWise software calculates cost, selling price and profit per product. Watch the intro video and request a demo on the WipeWise page.
Can I get samples of the premixes in the videos?
Yes. Request samples of the products you choose through the sample form on the Premix page or via WhatsApp.
