Personal data protection privacy notice
Information about the personal data processed through our website and communication channels under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

We do not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.); please do not share such information in forms.

4. Collection method
Your personal data is collected, partly or fully by automated means, through the contact, quote, sample and membership forms on our website, WhatsApp and phone calls, email correspondence, trade fairs and meetings, and cookies.
5. Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:
- cargo, logistics and customs companies for orders and shipping,
- accounting service providers for bookkeeping and financial obligations,
- authorised public institutions when requested,
- suppliers that provide website hosting, email, analytics and communication services. Some of them have servers abroad: [services to be confirmed; e.g. Google (Analytics, Ads, email), Meta (WhatsApp), YouTube, hosting company].
Transfers abroad are made in line with the procedures in KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. 7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, using the link in each message or by writing to us.
8. How to apply
You can send your requests in writing, with information that identifies you and in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller, to our address above, to our registered email (KEP) address [KEP address to be added if available] or from your email address registered with us to wetwipesolutions@gmail.com. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
