On average 6–7 months from the first call to production; it depends on space, capacity and machine delivery times.
- 1. First call
We discuss your target product, capacity, budget and space. The consulting scope and fee are agreed in this call.
- 2. Business plan and feasibility
Product range, capacity, investment items and cost per pack with WipeWise. Together we see whether the project makes economic sense.
- 3. 2D and 3D plant layout
Machine layout, production flow, raw material and finished goods storage, lab and support areas based on your floor dimensions. Finalised with your approval.
- 4. Meeting machine manufacturers
We introduce you to reliable manufacturers we work with for the machines your project needs. We review the offers together; the purchase decision and contract are yours.
- 5. Installation follow-up
Machine and utility contractors do the installation. We check that it follows the project.
- 6. Setting up the supply model
You choose one of two options: all supply goes through us, or you buy solution and fragrance from us and work directly with suppliers for the other items. We introduce you to those suppliers.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build the factory?
No. We provide consulting: business plan, 2D/3D plant layout, introductions to machine manufacturers, installation follow-up and setting up the supply model. Machine installation and utility work are done by the relevant companies.
Is consulting paid?
Yes. Standard Consulting is €8,500 and the package with a WipeWise TRIPLE licence is €12,500; large projects receive a custom quote (excl. VAT). The first call is free.
Do you come to the factory to install?
No. All consulting is delivered remotely; there are no site visits. Machine and utility contractors do the installation and we follow it remotely against the project.
Do you sell the machines?
No. We do not manufacture or sell machines. We introduce you to machine manufacturers suited to your project; the purchase and contract are directly between you and the machine company.
Do I have to buy all raw materials from you?
No. If you wish, all supply goes through us; or you buy only solution and fragrance from us and work directly with the suppliers we introduce for the other items.
How much space do I need?
A minimum of 80–100 m² is enough for a small-scale start; the actual need is set in the business plan based on target capacity and product type.
