For customers who don't want alcohol, the water-based ANKA TIM 0020 is used for single wipes; it comes in 22 ready-scented options.

Example: 1 tonne of cologne wipe solution with ANKA ATM 0400.
- Solution preparation600 kg of clean, treated water goes into the tank, and 400 kg of premix is added.
- Fragrance and mixingThe cologne fragrance is added and the solution is mixed for 15 minutes.
- Folding and wettingThe fabric is folded and cut, and the solution is dosed.
- PackingThe wipes are quickly packed into single sachets or packs with a lid.
- Inspection and boxingPack sealing and weight are checked; the products are packed into cartons.

- Not checking the pack seal. In a poorly sealed pack, the alcohol-based solution evaporates quickly; the wipe dries out and loses its scent.
- Leaving too much time between wetting and packing. Pack the wetted wipes without delay.
- Using too little fragrance. Customers expect a distinct scent from cologne wipes; set the rate with samples.
- Not planning an area suited to working with alcohol. Plan the solution preparation and storage area to be well ventilated and suitable for handling alcohol-based products.
